This historic Denver Square had functioned as an office space for many years before the new owner purchased the property and returned it to a residence. However, years of unconscientious remodels compromised the function. Phase one of this remodel moved a powder room out of the kitchen and tucked it under the stairs. This move uncovered an additional window. The kitchen was then fully gutted and remodeled. The new space is light, bright, and infinitely more functional. Architect: Hillhouse Chun Architecture.
